58mm TAP IN A CAP

This clever Tap in a Cap, screws onto the top of a 20 Litre plastic drum in place of a regular cap.   Then simply place the drum on its side for easy decanting from the Tap in a Cap.   This saves the need to remove the side bung and drill through the plastic in the 20 Litre drum.
